On the way to the Isles of Scilly

After Dartmouth, we stayed in Plymouth and Falmouth before moving on to the Isles of Scilly. We were only able to stay a full day in the Scilly’s before we had to sail north to Ireland to avoid an incoming storm. Basically, the Scilly’s are just several large rocks sitting out in the Atlantic and they offered limited protection against the forecasted 30-35 knots of wind. On Tuesday afternoon, we weighed anchor for the 18 hour trip to Waterford, Ireland.
